So... Who are we?

Although founded at the turn of the last century, Cricklade House is still a hidden gem in over 30 acres of peaceful, secluded grounds on the edge of the Cotswolds.

This beautiful and dignified country house, boasts a magnificent Victorian-style glass conservatory which runs the full length of the original building, making the most of the hotels elevated position, with wonderful panoramic views over Wiltshire countryside.

The ideal venue for a relaxing stay, a golfing break, Sunday lunch, afternoon tea, leisure membership and much more. With three event rooms, all with their own unique styles, it is the perfect venue for weddings and special occasions.

Purico, a family run company, bought Cricklade House in December 2017 with plans of a £1.5million refurbishment to improve the hotel, from bedrooms to function suites, to leisure facilities and public areas, the hotel is currently undergoing an exciting refurbishment plan to revitalise this beautiful Cotswold Stone hotel.

With refurbishment to the bedrooms currently scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019, and the new bar, lounge and restaurant area due for completion at the end of November, we can’t wait to welcome guests old and new to the hotel to see what we have to offer and to join us on our journey of change and improvement!
